The Beautiful Paintings – a new Damien Hirst project

In case you missed it: superstar artist Damien Hirst quietly dropped his latest NFT collection, The Beautiful Paintings.

Like Hirst's last NFT pieces, The Currency, TBP is an interactive collection that lets people participate in the final look of the artworks. 

Made in collaboration with art tech company Heni, users can generate, mint, and order physical prints of these abstract paint-effect spins:

Hirst has been mass-producing "spun paintings" in one form or another for decades – often to provide for people who want an affordable way to collect his work.

The minting window for $2000 NFT versions of The Beautiful Paintings has now closed – and it looks like the spin generator dashboard is also no longer accessible.
