Ethereum successfully completes Sepolia merge

Ethereum completed a major milestone today, with the public test network Sepolia moving to proof of stake.
Sepolia is the second of three test networks to move to proof of stake. On a group call Ethereum developers acknowledged there was a minor block producer issue, but it does not appear this posed a significant problem.
Next, a review will be undertaken of the Spolia merge, and then ideally there will be the final test, which is the Goerli testnet merge.
There is no official timelines on when the final merge test will take place, however if Goerli is successful then the Mainnet merge should follow soon after.
The move to proof of stake will make Ethereum dramatically more efficient in the amount of energy it uses. Something which is seemingly holding Ethereum back in terms of scalability.
So, here's to hoping the Sepolia review goes well, and we can move onto the Goerli merge, and maybe we'll get the Mainnet merge by the end of the summer!

Bored Ape Yacht Club's Otherside ran successful load tests today, in preparation for launch on July 16th with Animoca and Improbable.
Voyagers, both load tests will take place at loadtest.otherside.xyz at noon ET today and on July 9th. We will tweet again when the test is live. There will be a gas-less signature to verify Otherdeed ownership and enter the load test. The test will last approximately 25 minutes.

Here's what users had to say:
The last time I played a game with this many people on my screen, I lagged out and died to a boss mob at the rate of two frames per second. Kudos to @Improbableio and @OthersideMeta for a technical feat!

Here's our Twitter thread of the day! If you want to learn a bit about Jenkins the Valet and it's upcoming Bored & Dangerous Book NFT launch, written by Neil Strauss, then check it out.
It’s been amazing working with the Tally Labs team to develop a top-notch contract for the upcoming Bored & Dangerous Book NFT launch. This is one of the more complex contracts out there, given the economic mechanics, depth of community involvement and wide range of recipients.

We've been tracking high ROI wallets, here’s what they have been purchasing recently. We do not recommend buying these projects, DYOR, as you could likely be someone’s exit liquidity.
Here's what they're buying today:
First ever project created on the ERC-5050 protocol, which allows a 50:50 shot at either paying full price or getting a free mint. A true degen protocol! A meme project based on the “everything is fine” while the room is burning meme.

A kinda weird abstract art project, they have 3 main characters being a vase, a piece of bread, and a TV. Each NFT is a picasso-esque version of one of these 3 characters. Weird but looks kinda cool in practice.
